Agreement to Terms
By using Zeek Maps (zeekmaps.com and its apps), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the service. Zeek Labs (“we,” “us”) may update these Terms (notifying users of major changes), and continued use implies acceptance.
Accounts & Age
You must create an account with accurate information. Users must be at least 13 years old; those under 18 need parental consent. Each user is responsible for activity under their account.
Subscriptions & Billing
Zeek Maps offers free access and a Pro Plan at $199/month. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges via our payment processor. We collect only necessary billing info (e.g. name, card details, billing address) to process payments. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Non-payment or expired card may suspend your Pro access.
Payments
All payments use a secure, PCI-compliant gateway. We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV; only minimal reference info (e.g. last 4 digits) is retained. You must settle any applicable taxes or fees. We reserve the right to change pricing or billing terms with notice.
User Content
You may upload or post content (comments, photos, videos, map data, etc.). You retain ownership of your content, but grant Zeek Maps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the service. You are responsible for your content. You must not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content (e.g. hate speech, piracy).
Content Moderation
Zeek Maps may review, edit, or remove user content at any time for policy compliance or legal reasons. If we remove your content for violations, we will notify you if feasible. We will respond to copyright infringement notices (DMCA) and remove content if properly requested.
RBAC and Private Maps
Zeek Maps supports private “team” or B2B maps. The creator can invite members with roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer). Access and editing rights are determined by those roles. We do not monitor private map content unless required; content control rests with designated admins.
Notifications
We may send service-related emails (e.g. signup confirmation, billing, updates). Marketing messages (newsletters, offers) are sent only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Important security or account notices may be sent regardless of opt-out preferences.
Cross-Platform Use
These Terms apply equally to Zeek Maps on web browsers (all major browsers) and on mobile (iOS, Android apps). Our service features are consistent across platforms.
Third-Party Links
Zeek Maps may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (e.g. map APIs, analytics, payment gateways). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Links and integrations do not imply endorsement.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Zeek Maps is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee it will be error-free, secure, or that content provided by other users is accurate. Use the service at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeek Labs and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zeek Maps. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the last 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Zeek Labs harmless from any claims or losses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of Zeek Maps.
Governing Law & Disputes
Not specified. (Zeek Labs’ standard terms use Karnataka, India law; Zeek Maps should decide jurisdiction and dispute resolution method.)
